1. Provider identification

2. Acceptance

By browsing, registering, or purchasing on this site you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site.

3. Products and prices

We offer specialty coffee and related products. Prices are shown in Peruvian soles (S/) and include IGV (VAT) where applicable. For international shipping, the charge is made in US dollars (US$). Prices may change without notice; the applicable price is the one in effect when the order is confirmed. Images are for reference.

4. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed through our gateways (Culqi and PayPal). We do not store card data — it is handled by the payment provider. An order is confirmed once payment is approved. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship nationally (Peru) and internationally. The cost and delivery time are shown at checkout based on the destination. We roast to order, so timelines are indicative and run from payment confirmation. Pickup at our Moyobamba roastery is also available.

6. Returns and exchanges

As a food product, specific conditions apply, described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

7. Complaints Book (Libro de Reclamaciones)

In accordance with Peru’s Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 29571), we provide a virtual Complaints Book. Filing a complaint does not prevent you from pursuing other dispute-resolution channels, nor is it a prerequisite to filing a claim with INDECOPI.

8. Intellectual property

The contents of this site (brand, text, images, and design) belong to Yanahuayo Coffee or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.

9. Personal data protection

We process your personal data under Law No. 29733 and its regulations, solely to manage your orders, support, and communications. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection by writing to hola@yanahuayocoffee.com.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute is subject to the competent courts.
